Due to the perishable nature of our products (food and beverages), we do not accept returns of opened products. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at contact@skychai.in with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
